아래 행사를 보며 북한자유주간을 더욱 빛내이는 데 도움이 될가 의견하나 드리고 싶습니다.

정보가 힘이라는 표어하에 대북방송 행사프로는 있는데
풍선삐라에 대한 것은 없어 추가하면 어떤지 해서요.
풍선삐라 보내는 영상자료까지 준비되어 있으니 추가하면
행사가 풍성해지고 의미가 깊어지리라 믿습니다.

남 박사님도 아시다 싶이-
북한같은 열악한 폐쇄사회에서 풍선삐라는 라디오 방송이상 입니다.
북한에서 라디오는 정치보위부가 가장 경계하는 위험물로서
또 재산적으로 구하기 힘든 물건으로 극소수 암암리에 가지고 있고
설사 가지고 있다고 해도 북한당국의 전파차단으로 방송듣기가 힘들고
또한 전기와 바테리가 부족한 실정에서 무용지물되기가 싶상이며
설사 방송을 듣는 다고 해도 외부세계의 다양한 정보를 소화하기 어렵고
또한 방송운영하는데 비용이 많이 드는데 비해

풍선에 의한 삐라는 -
레이다에도 안 걸리고 육안으로도 식별하기 어려워 누구도 막을 수 없고
또한 비용이 최소이면서 효과는 극대화되며
산야에 자연스럽게 떨어진 것 보았기에 라디오처럼 위험분자로 처벌하기 어렵고
또한 전기와 바테리가 없어도 정보를 읽을 수있고
또한 먹고살기 위해 산야를 뒤지는 북한주민이 가장 안전하게 접촉할 수 있고
또한 단순한 의식구조의 북한사람에게 단순명료하게
수령우상정치와 혁명주의 증오 철학의 거짓됨을 깨닫게 할 수있게하며
폐쇄사회의 특징인 구전문화의 형성으로
입으로 입으로 퍼져나간다는 것입니다.

이런 풍선에 의한 삐라사업을 간과해서는 안되며 오히려
북한실정에서는 라디오보다 더 우선되는 것임을 이번 행사에서 상기시켰으면 합니다.
오해하지 마실 것은 삐라만 중요하다는 것이 아니라는 것입니다.
라디오 방송은 있지만 풍선삐라의 프로가 빠진데 아쉽다는 것입니다.
일본 도쿄에서 지난 2월 북한인권국제회의때
저와 문국환선생이 참가, 그때는 행사에서 풍선에 관한 프로가 있었으며
풍선 동영상을 보이며 보고하자 상당히 호응이 좋았습니다.
그때 참가하셨던 수잔솔티 여사도 매우 감동된다며
저와 인사하며 후원의사를 표시하면서
통역에게 삐라 내용을 번역해달라고 부탁까지 하였습니다.

아무튼 미국에서 진행하는 북한자유행사가 풍성하게 잘 되기만을 기원하며
의견드립니다.
